Terms of Service
Welcome to StarrStruck Ink. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, booking system, and studio. By scheduling or receiving services, you agree to comply with the terms below. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
General Information
StarrStruck Ink provides tattoo services under the following policies. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone engaging with our studio. By booking, purchasing, or otherwise interacting with us, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
Deposit Policy
- Non-Refundable: All deposits are final and non-refundable. Deposits apply toward the final cost of your tattoo.
- Missed Appointments / Cancellations: If you cancel or fail to attend, your deposit will be forfeited.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits remain valid for the new date. Failure to provide notice or requesting to reschedule again will result in forfeiture.
- Store Credit: If 48 hours’ notice is given but rescheduling is not possible, deposits may be converted to store credit valid for 30 days (non-cash, non-refundable).
- Photo ID: A valid government-issued photo ID is required for every appointment.
- Age Restrictions: You must be at least 18 years old to receive services. Children are not permitted in work areas, and no one under 18 is allowed in the studio.
Appointments & Communications
- Consent: By booking, you agree to receive communication via email, SMS, or phone for appointment reminders, updates, or promotional messages.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of marketing at any time, but essential appointment reminders and updates will still be sent.
- Messaging Costs: Standard text/data rates may apply. StarrStruck Ink is not responsible for carrier charges.
- Reminders: Appointment reminders are a courtesy only. Failure to receive one does not waive your responsibility or alter deposit policies.
Photography & Marketing Use
- Permission: By receiving services, you grant permission for StarrStruck Ink to photograph or record your tattoo during and after the process.
- Use: Images and videos may be used for marketing, portfolio, educational, or promotional purposes (website, social media, in-studio displays).
- Privacy: Identifiable features (e.g., your face or name) will not be shared without your consent.
- Revoking Consent: If you do not wish for your tattoo to be used in marketing, notify us in writing before or during your appointment.
Touch-Up Policy
- Free Touch-Up: One free touch-up is available within 3 months of the original appointment, if needed.
- Exclusions: Tattoos on hands or feet are excluded. Tattoos damaged due to improper aftercare will not be touched up free of charge.
- Discretion: Final decisions regarding free or paid touch-ups are at the discretion of your artist.
Studio Rules
- Health & Safety: For the safety of staff and clients, no one under 18 is permitted in the studio. Please follow hygiene and safety instructions provided.
- Behavior: StarrStruck Ink reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.
Refund Policy
- Services: All payments for services, including deposits, are non-refundable.
- Products: Unopened merchandise or aftercare products may be returned within 7 days of purchase, with receipt.
Liability Disclaimer
- Tattoo Care: Aftercare instructions will be provided. StarrStruck Ink is not responsible for issues resulting from improper aftercare or failure to follow instructions.
- Medical Conditions: Clients must disclose medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to service. StarrStruck Ink is not liable for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed conditions.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, designs, and written content by StarrStruck Ink are protected under copyright law. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
Changes to Terms
StarrStruck Ink may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of services implies acceptance of revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Idaho courts.
