Deposit & Appointment Policy
Thank you for choosing StarrStruck Ink! To keep things clear and fair, we’ve outlined our deposit and appointment policies below. By booking with us (in person, online, or over the phone), you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
Deposit Policy
Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits are final and non-refundable, regardless of the amount.

Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your tattoo.
Missed Appointments & Cancellations

If you miss your appointment or cancel without notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
Rescheduling

You may reschedule one time by giving at least 24 hours’ notice.

Your deposit will transfer to the new date.

Failure to provide notice or attempting to reschedule a second time will result in the loss of your deposit.
Store Credit Option

If you provide 24 hours’ notice but can’t reschedule right away, your deposit may be converted into store credit valid for 30 days.

Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Appointment Requirements
Photo ID

A valid government-issued photo ID is required at every appointment. No exceptions.
Age Restrictions

You must be 18 years or older to receive services at StarrStruck Ink.

Children are not permitted in workstation areas for safety reasons. Please arrange childcare before your appointment.
Touch-Up Policy
Free Touch-Ups

Each tattoo is eligible for one free touch-up within 3 months of the original session, if needed.

Tattoos on hands or feet are excluded from free touch-ups due to higher fading and wear.
Exclusions

Free touch-ups will not be provided if the tattoo is damaged due to improper aftercare.

The final decision on whether a touch-up is free is at your artist’s discretion.
